Pavers come in all shapes, sizes, colors and patterns manufactured by several hardscape companies, including Unilock, Belgard, Techo-Bloc, Borgert, Keystone, among others. Built to Last
The foundation of every paver project is critical for the lifespan of your hardscape patio, walkway, etc. The last thing you want to happen is for your paver patio to sink or fall apart. To ensure quality construction, CCL compacts the subgrade (the existing soil), applies 3/4” rock base layer followed by a 3/8” rock top layer and finally pavers. The rock base layers are essential for a compaction and are water permeable (allowing water to channel through). Once the pavers are installed a polymeric sand will be spread throughout the patio to seal the gaps and bind each paver. Water is also a major component to each paver installation, of which we include sloping for proper drainage.
