This project involved working with the Vista Ridge HOA and the City of Westminster to get approved for a grant via the Neighborhood Enhancement Grant Program in 2021, which was approved. The front entry way to the property was then renovated into a low-water, low-maintenance xeriscape with the intention of having a Rocky Mountain Meadow theme incorporating a variety of decorative rock, plants and boulders. The whole purpose of the project was to reduce water and maintenance, while beautifying Westminster’s neighborhoods and involving volunteers such as the residents of Vista Ridge.
