New Landscape Construction

What We Know

Colorado Custom Landscaping is well verse and experienced with new construction landscape installations throughout Colorado and the Denver Metro Area. In most cases, new homes will include landscaping in the front yard installed by the developer, however the backyard landscape is the responsibility of the homeowner to be completed within a certain time frame, usually 6 to 9 months from the move-in date.

A majority of these neighborhoods are regulated by an HOA (Homeowners Association), which require some form of landscape design plan to be approved, prior to installing your outdoor living space.

HOA’s typically require a certain amount of trees and shrubs at certain heights and sizes at installation, including at maturity (i.e., tree’s cannot be too tall or wide as to encroach on other properties or block out solar panels).

We have worked with several HOA’s in different neighborhoods throughout Arvada and the surrounding Denver Metro Area, from standard to high-end homes, and are familiar with requirements and regulations for new landscape construction.

Let Colorado Custom Landscaping take the reins and make your new landscape construction process streamline with professionalism and finesse!
